Upon validation of the claim (which we can assist with, and we aim to minimize cost to you (if any)), Lenovo ships the parts to us and pays us to perform the repair on their behalf. If you have an on-site warranty – Lenovo covers the cost of a technician coming on-site to perform the repair there. In the case of depot warranty – in most cases you only need to bring the product to our store and we perform the repair there (in most cases). Under certain circumstances (such as to meet service level requirements) Lenovo may dispatch a 3rd party technician to our location or to yours. For ADP (Accidental Damage Protection) claims – in some cases Lenovo requires the unit to be repaired at their facilities which we accommodate. In many cases your warranty can also be upgraded by us. Lenovo also offers Priority Technical Support which in some cases is included with the warranty offering. In cases where additional services are required which are not covered by warranty or Lenovo, we consult with you prior to undertaking those steps.

Automatic security updates occur transparently over an Internet connection, enabling employee systems to stay current whether workers are in the office or on the road. Vendor 24/7 support is included in the predicable term based subscription fees and are delivered by a team of security specialists.

After your computer is fixed or prepared in our shop, we'll separately take and store an image (off-line) with software you don't need to purchase. This software allows machine independent restores of your entire machine. We’ll refresh/update it every time it is in the shop (post fix) at no extra charge with this subscription. Archival backups for your own purposes, or backups / extractions will be performed at 1/2 price of standard shop backup rate. Restorations are at shop rate unless due to an issue covered by warranty. (e.g. Lenovo's warranty doesn't cover data restoration or re-setup, if just covers replacing the hardware and to factory state (i.e. windows recovery CD). This subscription will allow us to restore to last known good backup instead of factory as shipped at no extra charge if it is a warranty covered restore. Backups are securely stored in our Lenovo NAS appliance.
